Changing behaviour support plans or providers

A Quality Assurance Panel will need to check a behaviour support plan again if:

A behaviour support plan inside a change icon - 2 arrow pointing around in a circle.

  • it changes

An arrow pointing from one provider to another provider.

  • the person with disability changes providers.

A behaviour support plan with a restrictive practices icon and a tick. Next to the plan is a speech bubble with a cross in it.

The Quality Assurance Panel must make a new decision about the restrictive practices in the behaviour support plan.
